HOW IT WORKS

mission statement

Storyforeveryone.org recognizes the importance of everyone's life, and it unlocks a way of documenting their lives for themselves, their loved ones, and for history. It establishes a high quality, low cost system for making documentary films. Storyforeveryone.org is not impressed by famous people. It believes that the story of every person is compelling if told well.

how much it costs

Our goal is to make as many films as possible about wonderful people and to create awesome jobs. Storyforeveryone.org does not keep any money from funders for administrative expenses, all of the money goes to documentarians. Funders start with the idea of $2500 to get the film made. At the completion, we hope they will make an additional $2000 tax deductible donation to Storyforeveryone.org, which is a registered non-profit 501c(3).

where the money goes

Storyforeveryone.org is transparent. We want funders to know that documentarians are paid $2000 per film. They are paid $1000 after all the interviews are done and $1000 when the film goes up on the website. We anticipate that their pay will go up 3-5% each year.

If you are interested in more information about how to fund a film or become a documentarian, please feel free to contact us by emailing storyforeveryone.org@gmail.com or filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
